JOSH can also alternatively maintain control and monitoring of all parameters of HVAC and other Electrical & Mechanical
utilities as per the BMS requirements.
JOSH can undertake annual maintenance contract (AMC) of customer’s project.
JOSH can undertake to train personnel in the field of BMS both in academics and practical field.
JOSH can supply you the Quality and approved equipments/spares for the BMS project or for replacement.
JOSH can also provide consultancy service on selection of equipments or in monitoring equipments used in BMS.
In short JOSH can off-load your entire BMS technical burden.

ABOUT THE PROMOTER

David Chellappa, who has been with M/s Siemens India ltd for over a decade is the promoter of the concern. He was the founder of M/s JM Engineering Services, Chennai before commencing this venture. He possesses expertise on the execution of BMS projects. He is dynamic and makes himself highly flexible to meet the customers need and his main aim is to provide excellent services to his customers.

JOSH is located on a fairly big building situated at LDG road, Little Mount, Chennai-15 is proximate both to the Road and rail transport. It is just near the Little mount Junction which is a radial point to all the projects in Chennai.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

DAVID CHELLAPPA, the Proprietor of the firm is basically an electrical/electronic engineer having worked in BMS projects for nearly a decade. He was formerly with SIEMENS. During his service with Siemens, he has coordinated, executed in installation of prestigious projects like ITC, Hotel projects etc., He was running an enterprise catering BMS activities during the last three years, achieving very high success growth rate.
RAJAVELU, Marketing Engineer is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering is a spirited and dynamic engineer having specialized expertise in Marketing. He was formerly with ETA a well known organization for HVAC activities. He is an young Engineer, highly capable of leading and guiding his team effectively
PURUSHOTHAMAN, a retired Assistant Director from the Ministry of Industry, and a former Assistant Lecturer in a polytechnic, has 4 decades of experience in Industrial promotion and Extension activities, Training of personnel's etc., He is also a qualified NABL Assessor under the Ministry of Science and Technology. He is presently the Technical Manager of JOSH.
